Zimmer in Haus mit Garten am Fuße des Gaisbergs

Die Zimmer sind derzeit möbliert, kann jedoch angepasst werden.
Es gibt 2 verfügbare Zimmer, die ident sind. Eines im Erdgeschoss und eines im ersten Stock.
In einem ist derzeit ein Doppelbett, das andere hat ein Einzelbett + Schlafcouch. Schränke sind vorhanden.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, in jedem Stock eines und eine Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss.
Direkt vor dem Haus fährt die Buslinie 150 alle 15 Minuten Richtung Salzburg Zentrum und auch in Richtung Berge und Seengebiet. Im Sommer bist du dadurch in kürzester Zeit am Fuschl oder Wolfgangsee 🙂
Da es im Haus derzeit nur elektrisches Heizen gibt, wird vorerst nur über die wärmeren Monate vermietet, das kann sich jedoch ändern.
Derzeit lebe ich selbst im Haus. Es werden 2 Personen gesucht derzeit und es ist ein Zimmer frei, dass ich persönlich nutze, wenn ich in Salzburg bin.
Kurz zu mir: Mein Name ist Robert ich bin 36 Jahre alt und wohne in Barcelona/Salzburg, ich arbeite im Sales/IT und das ermöglicht mir abwechselnd hier und da zu leben.
Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten und eine Terrasse zur Nutzung. Wenn jemand sich gerne im Garten verwirklichen will, mit Gemüseanbau, Rasenmähen oder sonstigen Gestaltungen ist das auch möglich 🙂
Ich wünsche mir Leute, mit denen man angenehm zusammenleben kann.

The rooms are currently furnished but can be adjusted to your needs.
There are two identical rooms available, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
One room currently has a double bed, the other has a single bed + sofa bed. Wardrobes are available.

There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, and a shared kitchen-living area on the ground floor.

Bus line 150 stops right in front of the house every 15 minutes — it goes directly to Salzburg city center and also towards the mountains and lakes. In summer, you can get to Lake Fuschl or Lake Wolfgang in no time 🙂

Since the house currently has only electric heating, it is rented out only during the warmer months for now — this may change in the future.

I currently live in the house myself. I’m looking for two people to move in at the moment, and one room remains for my personal use when I’m in Salzburg.

A bit about me:
My name is Robert, I’m 36 years old, and I live between Barcelona and Salzburg. I work in Sales/IT, which allows me to work remotely and split my time between both places.
