WG-Zimmer für SoSe 2026 – zentral & möbliert (Nähe Mozarteum)

Hallo! Ich bin Student und vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für das kommende Sommersemester 2026 weiter. Es ist hell, ruhig und bietet alles, was man braucht.

Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Alles, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist (Bett, Tisch, Sessel, kleine Kommode und ein Kleiderschrank mit einem Spiegel), ist bereits inkludiert. Du kannst also einfach einziehen.

Der monatliche Mietpreis von 500 € deckt alles ab, inkl. Betriebs- & Heizkosten.

Optional: Ich habe ein elektrisches Klavier, das ich gerne für 30 € monatlich mitvermieten würde, falls du daran Interesse hast.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut, da sich die Wohnung direkt in zentraler Stadtlage, nicht weit von der Altstadt befindet. Man ist innerhalb 5-10 Minuten beim SaMozarteumHauptbahnhof, außerdem hat man eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Direkt gegenüber ist außerdem das Mozarteum.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und funktional. Sie hat insgesamt 6 Zimmer, eine Küche mit allem, was man brauchen könnte, 2 Bäder & eine Abstellkammer. Ein großer Vorteil: Du teilst dir das Badezimmer nur mit einer weiteren Person.
Es handelt sich um eine entspannte Zweck-WG. Meine Mitbewohner sind ruhig und jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag. Man grüßt sich nett und geht respektvoll miteinander um, aber es gibt keine Verpflichtungen zu gemeinsamen Abenden.

Hello! I am a student and I am subletting my room in a shared apartment (WG) for the upcoming Summer Semester 2026. It is bright, quiet, and has everything you need.

The room is rented fully furnished. Everything you see in the photos (bed, desk, chair, small chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with a mirror) is included.

The monthly rent of €500 covers everything (all-inclusive), including utilities and heating.

Optional: I have an electric piano available that I would be happy to rent out for an extra €30 per month if you are interested.

The location is outstanding: The apartment is very centrally located and close to the Old Town („Altstadt“). You can reach Salzburg Main Station within 5 to 10 minutes, and there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Also: The Mozarteum University is directly across the street.

The apartment is quiet and functional. It has a total of 6 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, 2 bathrooms, and a storage room. A major plus: You share the bathroom with only one other person.
It is a relaxed household focused on independent living („Zweck-WG“). My flatmates are quiet, and everyone follows their own daily routine. We are friendly and respectful towards each other, but there is no obligation to socialize or hang out together in the evenings.
