We are now opening a full-time senior pastry & kitchen chef position from May 2026 onwards and are excited to see who will bring fresh ideas into our kitchen.
If you enjoy cooking, baking and experimenting with different tastes and products, are willing to take responsibility and have a good eye for details, you don’t need a professional education, but you should have already had experience in a kitchen or bakery, or feel confident baking large batches and cooking for large amounts of people. We work very closely as a team, are open to new ideas and happy to give space for you to grow within your own interests. There is a lot of flexibility and freedom here for someone who wants to try new recipes, experiment with seasonal products and work thoughtfully with organic, high-quality ingredients.
YOUR DAILY TASKS:
– Taking the lead on breakfast and bake shifts
– Preparing the daily batch of pastries and independently evaluate daily amounts
– Preparing all individual breakfast components
– Taking full responsibility for inventory management, including all weekly orders
– Developing new breakfast and pastry recipes
