YOHO International Youth Hostel is Salzburg’s oldest youth hostel — and we are looking for new team members to join our housekeeping team!
Our guests come from all over the world to experience Salzburg, Mozart and the Sound of Music. We want to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible — and a clean, welcoming hostel is a big part of that.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our housekeeping team, you will help keep the hostel clean, comfortable and welcoming. Your tasks include:
• Cleaning and maintaining our common areas
• Cleaning bathrooms and sanitary facilities
• Cleaning guest rooms, which are mainly shared dormitories
• Helping to make sure our hostel is ready for new and returning guests every day
Working hours
• 3–4 shifts per week
• Shifts are mainly in the morning, usually finishing around 2:00 pm
• Workdays can be during the week or on weekends, depending on the schedule
• We are happy to work with your university schedule and discuss the details personally
Who we are looking for
You don’t need to have previous hostel experience — what matters most to us is that you are reliable, hardworking and have an eye for cleanliness and detail.
We are an international team, and we especially enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. International students are very welcome to apply!
