Großes helles möbliertes WG-Zimmer

Mein vollmöbliertes Zimmer wird ab Oktober für 6 Monate frei, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen für diesen Zeitraum ins Ausland gehen werde.

Das große Zimmer bietet viel Tageslicht und ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind alle neu, da ich selbst erst seit Oktober in der WG wohne.
Dazu gehören ein 140×200-Bett, eine Komode, Gaderobe und Kleiderstange, ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch mit Stuhl das Sofa und der Spiegel.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und wird von uns, wenn du einziehst seit einem Jahr bewohnt.
Neben dem Zimmer hast du ein tolles Bad und Küche mit viel Stauraum und Geschirrspüler. Die Waschmaschine kann im Waschraum des Hauses mitbenutzt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des LKHs, sodass du, wenn du dieses durchquerst, schnell zu Fuß an der Salzach und in der Stadt bist.
Direkt gegenüber ist eine Bushaltestelle, sodass du auch alle weiteren Orte schnell erreichen kannst. Außerdem sind ausreichend Parkplätze beim Haus und um das Haus herum verfügbar. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Mit dir in der WG werden Nico und Romina wohnen. Die beiden studieren hier in Salzburg und sind immer gerne für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben.

My fully furnished room will be available for 6 months starting in October, as I’ll be moving abroad for work during that time.

The spacious room gets plenty of natural light and is furnished as shown in the photos. All the furniture is new, since I’ve only been living in this shared apartment since October.
This includes a 140×200 bed, a dresser, a coat rack, and a clothes rod, a height-adjustable desk with a chair, a sofa, and a mirror.

The apartment has been recently renovated, and we’ve been living here for a year now—you’ll be moving in.
In addition to the room, you’ll have access to a great bathroom and kitchen with plenty of storage space and a dishwasher. You can use the washing machine in the building’s laundry room.

The apartment is very close to the LKH, so if you walk through it, you’ll quickly reach the Salzach River and the city center on foot.
There’s a bus stop right across the street, so you can quickly reach all other destinations as well. There are also plenty of parking spaces available at and around the building. A supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away.

Nico and Romina will be living with you in the shared apartment. They’re both students here in Salzburg and are always up for a nice chat.
