Position: Sales person (Part-Time)
Location: Mozart Gelato & Delights, Old Town Salzburg
Hours: 20+ per week (mostly afternoons and evenings)
Salary: 14,20 € brutto per hour + tips + performance bonus after summer season (around 12.00 Eur neto)
Job start: Beginning of July 2026
Job end: end of August 2026
Who we’re looking for:
A female or male person
(EU resident with an Austrian address (without need for AMS work permit)
Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Friendly and communicative – someone who enjoys talking to people
Reliable and responsible – a team player who takes their work seriously
Energetic and positive – able to bring a great atmosphere to the shop and to keep up with the busy tempo of the summer season.
Flexible with working hours – as the role will start mostly as support, sometimes it will be necessary to jump in on short notice
What you’ll do:
Serve handmade gelato, coffee, water, a few handmade souvenirs, and Macarons (all is for To-Go, no table service)
Welcome and assist customers from all over the world
Keep the shop tidy and organized
Work as part of a supportive and friendly team
No experience? That’s okay. If you’re motivated and eager to learn, we’re happy to train you.
