We are 3 students currently living in a shared apartment in the heart of Salzburg Old Town and are looking for 1–2 new tenants to move in from the beginning of next month.

* One bedroom with beds for 3 people
* Dining/living area with a double bed and a sofa
* Shared kitchen and bathroom

💶 Rent:

* €300/month
* Utilities shared equally among all tenants

👥 About Us:
We are students and would prefer students or young professionals who are respectful, clean, and comfortable living in a shared apartment. This is a regular apartment, not student housing.
