We’re looking for new team members to join the Mozart Gelato and Delights store in Alter Markt 15, Salzburg.
Position: Sales person (Part-Time)
Location: Mozart Gelato & Delights, Old Town Salzburg
Hours: 20+ per week (mostly afternoons and evenings) with possibility for the full time.
Salary: 14 € brutto per hour (around 11.50 Eur neto) + tips + performance bonus after summer season
Job start: Beginning of April 2026
Who we’re looking for:
– A female or male person
– EU resident with an Austrian address
– Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
– Friendly and communicative – someone who enjoys talking to people
– Reliable and responsible – a team player who takes their work seriously
– Energetic and positive – able to bring a great atmosphere to the shop and to keep up with the busy tempo of the summer season.
– Flexible with working hours – as the role will start mostly as support, sometimes it will be necessary to jump in on short notice
What you’ll do:
– Serve handmade gelato, coffee, water, a few handmade souvenirs, and Macarons (all is for To-Go, no table service)
– Welcome and assist customers from all over the world
– Keep the shop tidy and organized
– Work as part of a supportive and friendly team

Wen wir suchen:
– Eine weibliche oder männliche Person
– EU-Bürger/in mit österreichischer Meldeadresse
– Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
– Freundlich und kommunikativ – Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
– Zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst – Teamfähigkeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich
– Energiegeladen und positiv – Sie bringen gute Stimmung ins Geschäft und behalten auch in der Hochsaison den Überblick
– Flexibel bei den Arbeitszeiten – da die Position zunächst als Unterstützung gedacht ist, kann es gelegentlich notwendig sein, kurzfristig einzuspringen
Ihre Aufgaben:
– Verkauf von handgemachtem Gelato, Kaffee, Wasser, ausgewählten handgefertigten Souvenirs und Macarons (alles To-Go, kein Tischservice)
– Betreuung und Beratung internationaler Gäste
– Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Geschäft sicherstellen
– Zusammenarbeit in einem unterstützenden und freundlichen Team
