📅 Move-in Details:
– Available: February 1, 2026 – July 1, 2026 (the end date could be discussed further)
– An earlier move-in in January is negotiable
– Viewings available now onwards

💰 Costs:
– Rent: €650/month (all utilities included: water, electricity, internet, heating)
– Deposit: €1,800
– A small fee of €290 for kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery, pans, glasses, sofa covers, table and chair covers, vacuum cleaner, etc.) would be required, as my flatmate and I initially split this cost in half to set up the WG
– If you wish to keep the bed in your room, an additional negotiable fee applies
