It is our primary goal to put our customers, visitor and athletes at the heart of what we love to do, be it courses, tours, rental, events, or, brand new as of this summer, running a small beach bar with fancy drinks and awesome Snacks! To keep our highest quality standards also in this regard, we need motivated and dedicated employees. And this is when YOU come into play: As Station Manager + Beach Bar Assistant you are responsible for coordinating our lake Mondsee station and for assisting with the SUP BOX Beach Bar, in a unique location right at the lake. You love to get clients stoked and feel comfortable in engaging naturally with visitors and the rest of the team? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Your tasks:
* Self-dependent coordination of the SUP BOX station at lake Mondsee
* Customer consulting, SUP rental, induction into the wonderful world of SUP paddling
* Managing of our social media accounts
* Coordinate the timing of courses, tours and SUP rentals
* Operational day-to-day business (bills, daily close out, etc.)
* Sales advisor for SUP & Wingfoiling equipment
* Assisting with the Beach Bar incl. Drinks and little snacks
* If interested: Contribute to SUP & Wingfoil courses/events & camps

Your skills:
* Great interest in Stand Up Paddling and Wingfoiling
* You are reliable, committed, open-minded and you have a high level of social skills
* You enjoy working independently
* Prior experience from catering or a restaurant business is a plus
* Good knowledge of English language
* Perseverance during phases of seasonal high workload
* Hands-on mentality
