Seeking Accommodation for 18-month near Salzburg University

Hello,

I am a 32-year-old female PhD graduate from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). I am pleased to share that my visa application has been approved. I am set to embark on an 18-month academic visit to the University of Salzburg starting from February 2025.

Rental Preferences:

Location: Close to Salzburg University(Hellbrunner Str. 34, 5020 Salzburg), within a 20-minute walking distance.

Type: A single room,furnished apartment or shared accommodation.

Furniture: Must include essential furniture like a bed, wardrobe,table, desk,etc.

Habits: I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am also comfortable with living with pets if my potential roommates have them.

Budget:
My budget for rent is between €350 and €550 per month, and I can afford a deposit of up to €800. Please note that these figures are negotiable and can be adjusted based on the suitability of the accommodation.
