Room in Shared Flat – ***please read***

20qm room in shared DG Wohnung, Schallmoos.

This isn’t for your *average* student.

I’m a 44-year old dad, with children who live out of town, and I am *sometimes* gone *a lot*. My flat sits empty far too often. However, about one weekend a month, my kids are with me here.

*I’ve potentially got space for someone who:*

– needs a flat mostly mid-week
– isn’t too fussy about brand new kitchen or fancy bathroom. the flat has character. the character is not ‚brand new‘.
– might be studying or working during the week, and back ‚home‘ on the weekends.
– doesn ‚t have a lot of furniture to bring in.
– bathroom is shared. house cleaner would be coming every two weeks.
– the room is private, but the only storage area in the house is in the room, so occasionally I’d have to access the closet.

– huge Terasse
– EN oder DE, ist mir wuascht
– vibe is easy. don’t care if you have the occasional person over, but it‘ not really a space for a couple, and my hard-partying years are well behind me.
