Receptionist m/f/d – position (minor employment or part time) is open!

HOTEL GRAML is a three star hotel that focuses on (youth) group travels. We host mostly university/orchestra/sports groups from all over the world that are visiting the city of Salzburg!

Your job:
– front office tasks
– responsible for guest well-being
– Check In and Check Out
– at times help in service (breakfast or dinner)

Your profile:
– happy to work with people, especially young adults and
families with kids
– friendly and responsible nature
– English Level B2
Basic German is a bonus but not a requirement- We work
mostly with international guests
– well organised and responsible
– can work well in an international team, as well as alone
– EU Passport or work visa

The job is offered as minor employment position or part time. The job comes with the possibility to live in a shared flat next to the hotel. The private room is for free (no living costs) if you work with us.

The hotel is located in Hallwang, a suburb of Salzburg, with easy connections to the city centre (about 15 mins by bus).
