Lovely studio in a green area

Dear lovely people of Salzburg or future residents:

As I will be doing sabbatical, I am subleting my studio apartment.

Location: Nontal, very green area and very central, Billa 3 min away on foot, bust stop a few min away from your door step( number 25,5,11).

It’s available from Dec 08th 2023,till end of June 2024.

There is a privet parking that you can freely use.

I do prefer to rent it furnished, but we can discuss the detail.

I’m also flexible with the timing.

Once we have an agreement, you will also meet the owner of the flat.
